I {heart} Cabbages & Roses...and I know you do, too!
I was super excited when they asked if I would be part of a giveaway for their new line of fabric with Moda! The BEST part??? It is going to be sold in the United States, through Moda beginning in September!
To celebrate with my readers, Cabbages & Roses wants to send the lucky winner of my giveaway 1 yard of the gorgeous fabric shown below..
and a coordinating solid blue, too!

I would make pillows for our sofas and every last scrap would be made into a patched tablerunner for the kitchen because the rose pattern would go so well with my Cottage Rose canisters and teapot I just posted about. Swap out, burlap backed pillow shams for my bed...and a small tote with those leftovers, and then some small lavender sachets with those leftovers and then with the scraps, some small "patch" repairs. <3

just love cabbages & roses! decisions, decisions... i'd be tempted to hold on to it and use little bits in my textile sculpture art (to make it last for eons!), but i think i would instead sew a lovely, large purse... so that i could admire the fabric every day ;)
